TIA has a modern Hall for hire. It has all the necessary facilities to cater from small gatherings. Hall can be hired for any function including but not limited to:
- Nikah ceremony
- Aqeeqah function
- Khatm ul Quran/Ameen
- Birthday/Anniversary
- Airing Islamic/Educational movies
- Other relevant function/event
TIA Hall Setup
- Ground level: table/chair setup for upto 50 people, or floor setup for around 100 people, or a combination of both
- Mezzanine level: floor setup of upto 80 people
- A combination of both ground and mezzanine level accommodating around 180 people

TIA Hall Hire Rates
TIA Hall is available for hire including ground and mezzanine levels and all facilities for:
- $50/hr plus a one time public liability fee of $20
- Payment has to be made upfront
- Security bond of $250 to be paid upfront.
- Refunded after the event, provided Hall and all contents are found in clean and undamaged condition
The equipment present at TIA is also available to the community to hire at affordable rates. Details are as below:
- 12" Speaker: $15/each (2 available)
- Sound mixer for speaker: $10
- Mic: $5/each
- Mic cable: $5/each
- White Cloth Sheet: $10/each
- Rectangular Table: $5/each (10 available)
- Folding Chair: $2/each (50 available)
- Roll up Mat/Carpet: $5/each (15 available)
Conditions of Equipment Hire
- Rates are for 48hr hire. Same rate to be charged for additional time duration
- Items will be provided in working condition. Any faults or damage incurred during hire, will be charged to the hirer
- Hiring fee to be paid in advance
- Security deposit of $100 to be paid prior to hire, and will be returned upon receiving items back in their original condition
- Sheets to be destained and washed before return
- All equipment to be issued by and returned to TIA General Secretary
